Teens in Ministry: Never Too Young

Teenagers serving in Kid’s Ministry are simply invaluable. Most Chidlren’s Ministries could barely function without all the extra sets of hands that love kids so well. However, teenagers are far more important to a children’s ministry than just “extra sets of hands.” Too often, teenagers in Kid’s Ministry are simply untapped potential! Kids LOVE older kids and properly trained and utilized, teenagers have the potential to be the most significant volunteers in any ministry. Teens should never settle for just being a helper, but strive for leadership and influence. This unique breakout is designed specifically for teenagers serving in Kid’s Ministry (meaning you have to be 18 or younger to attend), especially those who are ready to take their role in kidmin to the next level.
